How to Use Our Email Flow Feature

Engage your customers effectively with our new Direct Email Flow feature, which allows you to send personalized emails based on quiz interactions. You can now choose from 4 pre-designed email flow templates, customize them, and manage the timing and delivery with ease.

Essential Steps to Build and Update Your Email Flow

1. Access the Email Flow Feature
   Navigate to the Quizell app's main page, and select the "Email Flow" option in the left menu.

2. Pick a Flow Template
   Choose from 4 ready-made templates:

   • Welcome Series (3 Emails Flow): Welcome new customers, highlight popular products, and provide shopping tips.
   • Form Completion Thank You (1 Email Flow): Send a thank-you email after form submission, including next steps.
   • Product Recommendations Based on Quiz Results (1 Email Flow): Deliver tailored product recommendations based on quiz results.
   • Your Coupon Code is Ready (1 Email Flow): Reward users with an exclusive coupon code after they complete a quiz.

3. Customize the Flow

   • Subject Line & Content: Edit the email subject, content, and design using our drag-and-drop editor.
   • Sender Details: Personalize your sender name and email address to match your brand.

4. Add Timing & Delays
   You can add time delays between emails, allowing for a more gradual, strategic email delivery. Additionally, you can easily insert extra emails into the flow as needed, creating more touchpoints with your customers.

5. Segment Your Audience
   Create customer segments based on quiz scores, specific answers, or to anyone who completes a quiz. This ensures that the right message reaches the right audience.
